The questions agencies actually ask.

Can we pay to skip verification?: No. The Verified badge is earned through reference checks — agencies cannot pay to be Verified. Listed, Member, and Featured tiers all coexist with unclaimed and claimed-unverified statuses; the badge is independent.
What's the difference between a claimed and unclaimed listing?: Unclaimed listings are built from public data — company sites, LinkedIn, public records — without the agency's involvement. They start at zero reviews and carry no editorial. Claiming a listing means you (the agency) confirm the info and can fill in the rest. Verified is a separate, earned upgrade on top of claimed.
What happens if we lose a reference?: We periodically revisit references. If they go cold and we can't get a replacement after asking, the Verified badge comes off and your profile reverts to unverified. Membership doesn't shield you from this.
Are reviews moderated?: Yes. We only publish verified-buyer reviews (invite or work-email matched). You can respond to any review, but you can't take them down. Defamation or clearly off-topic submissions get removed; honest negative reviews stay.
What does Featured exclusivity mean?: One Featured agency per service × city combo. Right-of-first-refusal on renewal — if you keep your slot in good standing, no competitor can buy you out next cycle. If you don't renew, it opens to the next applicant.
When does Awards eligibility kick in?: Q4 each year. Floor is 5+ reviews and a 4.0+ average rating. Algorithm: count × log(years active) × rating. Categories: service × city, sector × city, service alone, sector alone, overall.
